PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: While she's not quite the warrior some vampires are, she is much faster than most humans when she wants to be, and stronger than she looks (while not being superhumanly strong)

PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Phaedra is a skilled psychic, with access to powers that let her sense information about others, if not blocked. She can use telepathy, but tends not to without good reason. For more information, look at the Second Edition section on this page.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Phaedra is a vampire, and uses blood sorcery rituals to augment the information she gets from her vampiric psychic powers.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Phaedra is not breathing and does not have a heartbeat. If your character would notice such things, feel free to comment on it.
